Wednesday 8:30 AM “Yin” Yoga: Yin Vinyasa practice offers you one hour vinyasa slower and gentler. The class focuses on deeper stretch, modifications, and longer relaxation to slow down our body and mind to create space of peace. “Yang”side of energy are Moon, Dark, Earth, Passive, Water, Below, Cold and Growth.
